MAPS.ME aggiunge le mappe offline dei percorsi a piedi per Roma, Pistoia ed altre 27 città
Le mappe offline di MAPS.ME diventano ancora più interessanti, grazie all'integrazione di ulteriori città supportate per quanto riguarda i percorsi a piedi. E, tra queste, ci sono anche due città italiane: l'eterna Roma e la pittoresca Pistoia.
Grazie a questa novità, per queste e per le altre 27 città aggiunte sarà ora possibile scaricare le relative mappe offline e iniziare i percorsi pedonali, che ci porteranno alla scoperta delle loro meraviglie. Durante la navigazione, sarà possibile premere sullo schermo sulle icone di attrazioni o luoghi d'interesse, per i quali sarà fornita una breve descrizione.
Nello specifico, le città che supportano questa particolare funzione sono le seguenti: Shanghai, Seoul, Bangkok, Bordeaux, Lisbona, Istanbul, Hong Kong, Città del Capo, Miami, Antalya, Kuala Lumpur, Los Angeles, Londra, Mosca, Pistoia, Guangzhou, Ohrid, Roma, Parigi, Pattaya, Macau, Portland, Phuket, Singapore, New York, Taipei, Dubai, Merida e Shenzhen.
Per utilizzare le mappe pedonali offline, è necessario prima scaricarle dal sito ufficiale di MAPS.ME che trovate a questo indirizzo. Una volta finito il download, esse appariranno nell'app per Android e iOS, che potete scaricare gratuitamente dai link che trovate di seguito.
MAPS.ME Launches Offline Walking Routes for Rome, Pistoia and 27 More Cities
MAPS.ME has recently launched walking routes in 29 cities, that can be downloaded for offline use.
Routes are available for European and Asian capitals, as well as for other cities popular with
tourists. Routes include key attractions, such as the most famous sights, museums, parks, etc. A
user can tap a point on the route to view detailed description. For most cities, two routes are
available: a downtown route and a suburban one.
To access this new option via MAPS.ME app, users need to download a route from the MAPS.ME
website. The route will then be displayed in the Bookmarks section.
As of today, MAPS.ME offers routes for the following cities: Shanghai, Seoul, Bangkok, Bordeaux,
Lisbon, Istanbul, Hong Kong, Cape Town, Miami, Antalya, Kuala Lumpur, Los Angeles, London, Moscow,
Pistoia, Guangzhou, Ohrid, Rome, Paris, Pattaya, Macau, Portland, Phuket, Singapore, New York,
Taipei, Dubai, Merida, and Shenzhen.
