Microsoft Surface 3 e Surface Pro 3 ricevono importanti aggiornamenti

Microsoft ha da poco rilasciato due importanti aggiornamenti dotati di numerose correzioni di bug e miglioramenti alla stabilità per i dispositivi Surface 3 e Surface Pro 3.

Microsoft Surface Pro 3 si aggiorna in particolare per supportare l'uso della penna nei menù UEFI, ampliare il supporto alle tastiere on-screen di terze parti, migliorare l'accuratezza del sensore d'impronte digitali, migliorare la calibrazione dei colori. L'aggiornamento per Microsoft Surface 3 amplia il supporto alle tastiere on-screen di terze parti, migliora l'accoppiamento con le penne, migliora la qualità audio, introduce la possibilità di spegnere il Wi-Fi quando in modalità sleep.

Gli aggiornamenti saranno cumulativi, ossia applicandoli si riceveranno anche precedenti aggiornamenti, qualora non fossero stati effettuati. Per ricercare manualmente gli aggiornamenti e avviare la procedura automatica d'installazione basterà seguire il percorso Start>Aggiornamenti e sicurezza>Windows Update, quindi cliccare su Controlla disponibilità aggiornamenti.

  • Audio Device driver update (v604.10135.7777.2109) improves audio quality with some applications.
  • I2S Audio Codec driver update (v6.2.9600.527) improves audio quality with some applications.
  • Serial IO GPIO Controller driver update (v604.10146.2652.3930) improves system stability and touch screen reliability.
  • Dynamic Platform & Thermal Framework Driver update (v604.10146.2651.1559) improves system stability and touch screen reliability.

  • Surface IA7260 Firmware Update (v1544.01.00.28) improves mobile broadband network stability.
